  All plans include unlimited seats and unlimited collaboration. Pricing is not user-based.

  Tiers are based on the number and type of integrations. Companies using specialized integrations or data warehouses typically move to a higher tier.

• Will pricing increase when Runway adds new features?

  No. If you sign before new features launch, you’re grandfathered into your current pricing. New features won’t increase cost.

• What typically causes pricing to change over time?

  Pricing may change if you add new integrations, connect more complex data sources, or expand into more advanced enterprise workflows.

• How do we get an exact quote?

  An exact quote requires a quick scoping conversation to understand your systems, data complexity, and desired rollout. This ensures pricing reflects your actual setup.
