Runway will grant Customer a one-time allocation of bonus credits (“One-Time Bonus Credits”) following the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (a) sixty (60) days after the Effective Date or (b) December 31, 2026 (the “Onboarding Period”). The One-Time Bonus Credits will equal the amount of Annual Included Credits that Customer uses during the Onboarding Period. One-Time Bonus Credits will not exceed the total Annual Included Credits purchased under this Order, have no cash value, and are subject to the same terms, including expiration, as the Annual Included Credits.
