All Apps are available to Runway users on a Standard plan or above. Each App uses credits similar to regular Runway generations, so you can start using Apps immediately with your existing plan.

For best results, use high-quality image or video inputs to avoid morphing or artifacts in your outputs. Start with simple, direct prompts instead of detailed or overly complex prompts. Prioritize describing what you would like to see happen in your output (e.g. "place the object in a bright, sunlit forest") instead of using negative prompting (e.g. "place the object in a forest that isn't dark").

Yes, you can use multiple Runway Apps on one image or video to create more complex effects. To use multiple Apps in sequence, simply download the output from your first App generation, then upload that result as the input to your next App. This allows you to combine effects like changing the image style of a character and then adding dialogue to the result in separate steps.

The Add Dialogue app is only available in Credit Mode.

The Add Dialogue app costs 320 credits per video.

The ability to choose different voices and accents is coming soon. Currently, the Add Dialogue app uses a default voice option. To change your voice option outside of the Add Dialogue app, go to Tool Mode > Act Two.
